This post is going to be a little bit of this and a little bit of that because that is how my mind is functioning right now . . . ALL . . . OVER . . . THE . . . PLACE!
We have some exciting, life-changing news coming up that I CAN'T wait to share with you all very soon . . . but as with all life changes comes anxiety, stress, and a to-do list a mile long so bear with me these next few weeks.
Yesterday I read something that seemed so simple that it felt complicated. It is something that I think could help me in so many facets of my life. I wanted to see what you think.
"For every decision you have to make, ask yourself or journal these questions:
What is the WORST that can happen if . . .
What is the BEST that can happen if . . .
Once you have answered these questions (and you will be able to because YOU are the expert in your life!), answer this last question:
What is LIKELY to happen if . . .
Your answer will be clear and unclouded"
I want to try this! I think if you are really honest with yourself and you answer from an unjudged place, this can make things so incredibly clear, calmer and hopefully less stressful.
On a lighter note, I just wanted to recommend two wonderful childrens books, that happen to have the exact same title . . . . "Someday."
This first one will have you bawling your eyes out within the first 3 pages. It is the perfect book to pick up and give a quick read on a day your little ones are pushing you over the edge, over your threshold. This will rein you in and remind you to look at things differently, that everything is a phase and that you will miss ever single moment one day . . .

This next one is wonderfully imaginative and shows your child that they should wonder and dream that someday they can do anything they want. The illustrations are also beautiful . . .
And today I want to leave you with this hysterical snip-it, that a fabulous mama of five!!! posted yesterday on her Facebook page. This is exactly how it goes down around here . . .
