Remember your "Thanks" . . .. . .

It is hard to remind yourself to stop, look at your life and be thankful for the things that are going good.  All too often we get completely wrapped up in the daily to-do-lists and going through the motions that we don't stop to be thankful or to show thanks.  I wish I could break free from the to-do-lists for a while; they are a necessity and helpful but they can also be completely overwhelming and sometimes down-right debilitating!! Can you tell I am having an emotionally pregnant week! . . . I needed a pep talk for myself so I wanted to share some of the things that I am thankful for; they may seem small but I am so very very thankful for all of these:

1. a husband who takes over when I crack and doesn't ask questions or give me a hard time about it (priceless)
2. a daughter who was great for granma & grandpa while mum & dad got to sneak away for a night
3. baby monitors - so you don't have to get out of bed to check on the little one
4. amazing friends (P + L) who took care of our pup, Lucy Sue, for the weekend
5. coffee, coffee, coffee
6. online grocery ordering and delivery
7. memory foam mattress topper - love love love
8. quite painful in-utero kidney kicks from adorable baby casler #2
9. ice for a painful tailbone to sit on
10. chocolate, nutella and granola - not necessarily together BUT wow that would be kinda tasty!!
11. World Nutella Day February 5th!!
