YOU.HAVE.TO.TRY.THIS . . . . like now! Three ingredients (I got them at Trader Joe's) and viola you have a high-protein, nutritious, delicious side-dish, snack, or something to put in a pita pocket!
Just mix one package of these . . .
with one jar of this . . .
and add either some goat cheese, feta cheese or skip the cheese all together (healthier version). You can eat it by itself, put in a baked potato, great as an appetizer on crackers, put in a pita pocket with lettuce and tomatoes . . . it is simple, so tasty and pretty healthy (great protein & fiber)
